The Great Gibbsboro Prayer Experiment
“The
Power of Prayer!”
Prayer moves the hand that moves the world. If our
prayers will occasion the movement of mountains, we should be all the more attentive to our praying. Prayer has the potential
to impact world evangelization, Christian unity, and our own spiritual growth.
Here is our action plan for this week. Remember from last week- Identify a time, a place, ACTS. 1-10, rate your prayer
week this week ________. What must be done to move that number up one digit?
Pray Big.
Identify
a “God-sized” dream or burden
Recognize
God’s voice in God’s call.
Watch for the Spiritual business at hand.
Pray with “God” glasses. See things from God’s perspective.
See people from God’s perspective as you pray God’s best upon people.
Ask the Lord to free up Divine resources and power that would
come to bear on the situations you life up.
In order to exercise Spiritual power…
Wait (Isaiah 40:24-31)
Listen
(Ecclesiastes 5:1, 2)
Obey (1 John 3:22)
Prayer points this week…
